ABOUT ABOUT

Please join Philly's Citizen Diplomats for a special First Thursday reception at International House Philadelphia.

Josh Sevin, the new CEO of International House, will be on-hand to share his vision for this fabulous international organization. You'll have a chance to network with IHP's board of delegates, who are co-sponsoring the evening. And of course, we'll be joined by the Welcoming Center for New Pennsylvanians and the participants in their Immigrant Professional Program.

So, as a Citizen Diplomat and world citizen, please join us for an evening of celebration and global connections.

Light appetizers, wine and beer will be served.

We look forward to seeing you and your friends!

When: Thursday, October 4, 2018, 5:30 - 7:30 PM

Our 2018-2019 series of First Thursday Receptions is made possible through the support of our corporate partners at Volpe and Koenig and generous support from the Albert W. Bader Foundation.

First Thursdays are fun and interesting monthly cocktail receptions where you can meet international business professionals, Sister City and State Department guests, foreign exchange students, and new friends who share your love for travel. Each month, you visit a different Center City restaurant, private club or hotel to experience the best of the international community in Philadelphia. You can practice your language skills, make professional connections, and hear first-hand what's happening internationally.

To add to the fun, you can enter our card drop drawing to win treats, tickets, tours or dinner from our favorite Philly spots.
